Weight Loss, Diet or how to lose weight? Well, where do I begin? I have had a weight problem for as long as I can remember and I have always known I needed to lose weight. I have tried every diet and weight loss plan under the sun. I have been on 'diet pills' and undergone hypnotherapy in order to lose weight. ... "Being an active person I have always loved singing, dancing and performing with local societies but found that my weight was hindering me and I needed to lose weight fast! It got to the stage where I could not get off the couch without pain in my knees and puffing and panting, weight loss was essential and it had to stay off.
